Korean wave is blazing. I've always been a huge fan of Korean films and TV series, and in my humble opinion, these are the best of the best Korean movies ever that you must see.
The Classic

Genre: Drama, Melodrama, Romance, a bit comedy

The film tells the connecting love stories of a mother and daughter. The story of the mother is told partially in going back to the past. This will truly make you burst into tears, without a doubt. If you're into sweet and dramatic love story, give this one a try
A Moment To Remeber

However, at the moment of giving back the ring, her old lying habit kick back and obviously, hilarity and adventure ensues.

They fall in love. They both gets beat up and ends up in the same hospital. She starts dating his enemy, Kim Han Sung (who was his friend, until their mutual friend died in the beach). Eun Sung leaves for the United States. A year later (at the first snow fall), they meet again.

I've never watched Korean films, but you've gotten me interested. One thing -- watch the spoilers! It's no fun to get too much of the plot in advance.
